Видалення акаунта
Акаунт Emotio можна видалити безпосередньо в застосунку — без листування з підтримкою.
Як видалити
- Відкрийте застосунок Emotio та увійдіть у свій акаунт.
- Перейдіть у Налаштування (іконка в правому верхньому куті головного екрана).
- Оберіть «Видалити акаунт» — цей пункт також доступний у розділі Профіль.
- Підтвердіть дію у діалоговому вікні.
Дія незворотна. Після підтвердження відновити акаунт або його вміст неможливо.
Що саме видаляється
- Обліковий запис і спосіб входу
- Профіль: ім'я, стать, фото
- Усі чек-іни та їхні результати
- Записи щоденника та спогади
- Звички й історія їх виконання
- Записи про режим сну, записи про сон у щоденнику та динаміка сну
- Сесії та повідомлення розділу Care
- Зв'язки, запрошення та налаштування видимості
- Токени push-сповіщень
Що зберігається і чому
- Записи про покупки — стільки, скільки цього вимагає бухгалтерське та податкове законодавство.
- Резервні копії — видаляються протягом 30 днів після видалення акаунта.
Підписка
Видалення акаунта не скасовує підписку в App Store. Скасуйте автопродовження окремо: Налаштування пристрою → [ваше ім'я] → Підписки → Emotio або на apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Немає доступу до застосунку?
Напишіть з тієї ж адреси, на яку зареєстровано акаунт, на emotio.world@gmail.com із темою «Видалення акаунта». Ми підтвердимо особу й видалимо дані протягом 30 днів.
Delete your account
You can delete your Emotio account directly in the app — no need to contact support.
How to delete
- Open the Emotio app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings (the icon in the top-right corner of the home screen).
- Choose "Delete account" — it is also available under Profile.
- Confirm in the dialog.
This cannot be undone. Once confirmed, neither the account nor its contents can be restored.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in method
- Profile: name, gender, photo
- All check-ins and their results
- Journal entries and memories
- Habits and their completion history
- Sleep records, sleep entries in the journal and sleep trends
- Care sessions and messages
- Connections, invites and visibility settings
- Push notification tokens
What is retained, and why
- Purchase records — for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Backups — purged within 30 days of the deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel auto-renewal separately: device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Emotio, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Can't access the app?
Email emotio.world@gmail.com from the address your account is registered with, using the subject "Account deletion". We will verify your identity and delete the data within 30 days.
